Shipping Policy
Please allow 1 - 3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. All of our products are produced in small batches to ensure the highest quality, but good things take time.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We are a new online store and will revisit our shipping times and costs on a regular basis. Shipping costs may change without notice.
We use Sendle as our shipping courier. If Sendle is not able to deliver to a certain address, then we will use Australia Post.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping times depend on your location. The closer you live to our pasta factory the quicker you'll get the items. We can arrange local deliveries or pick-ups at one of our market locations. Please directly contact us at pasta@islandpasta.com.au to find out more. Shipping times to metropolitan areas are different than to regional areas.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently do not offer free shipping.
Local delivery
For local deliveries within the Mornington Peninsula region please contact us directly under pasta@islandpasta.com.au.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $150 within the Mornington Peninsula region. For orders between $100 - $150, we charge $10 for local delivery. You can also pick up your orders at any of the markets that we attend.
Payments will need to be made upfront either via bank transfer or credit card. Please note credit card payments will incur a 1.9% transaction fee.
Deliveries are made between Thursdays and Saturdays.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States
Shipping charges and times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please allow at least 3 days for us to process your order.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Island Pasta Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at pasta@islandpasta.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We currently cannot ship to P.O. boxes
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at pasta@islandpasta.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
