Casarecce pasta, from 'casareccio', literally translates as ‘homemade’ and are short twisted pasta. They have curled edges and a groove down the middle. Our vegan Casarecce pairs perfectly with our Salsa di Pomodoro or Puttanesca.
Our pasta is made with Australian-sourced durum wheat semolina flour.
