Our vegan Orecchiette, meaning ‘Little ears’, are a pasta typical of Apulia, a region of Southern Italy. Their name comes from their shape, which resembles a small ear. 

Our pasta is made with Australian-sourced durum wheat semolina flour.

Try: Orecchiette with Chicory, Garlic and Chilli. Add Italian sausages if that tickles your fancy.
