Spelt Fusilli - our first organic Pasta. Made with 100% Australian certified organic Spelt flour. It has a mild nutty flavour, is high in fibre and protein, and a great alternative to our Semolina pasta.
Try: Spelt Fusilli with Walnut Pesto or roasted tomatoes and Stracciatella cheese.
