Our vegan Penne Rigate are an extruded type of Pasta with cylinder-shaped pieces. There is two variations of penne: smooth (lisce) and ridged (rigate). Thanks to its ridges, the rigate version is a bit sturdier and tends to soak up more sauce.
Our pasta is made with Australian-sourced durum wheat semolina flour.
Try: Penne Carbonara - the traditional way - no cream, pancetta, eggs and pepper. Just like the one we cook at the markets.
