Spinach Tagliatelle
Spinach Tagliatelle
Pronunciation: 'tah-lyah-TELL-eh'
One of the popular shapes, Tagliatelle pasta comes in long, flat, ribbon-like strips, and is historically from the Marche (that’s where our Pasta chef is from) and Emilia-Romagna regions of Italy.
We added Spinach to ours, so you get your greens in. It’s not only vegan, but also made without any food colouring or preservatives. Rich in fibre, iron and vitamins.
Once cooked it won’t lose any of its great taste but it will naturally lose some of its bright colour.
Our pasta is made with Australian-sourced durum wheat semolina flour.
Try: Spinach Tagliatelle with Puttanesca and fresh prawns or mussels.
