Our vegan Tagliolini is a ribbon shape, long like Spaghetti but thinner like Tagliatelle. It is a traditional recipe in the Molisa and Piedmont regions of Italy.

Our pasta is made with Australian-sourced durum wheat semolina flour.

Try: Tagliolini with clams or Cacio e Pepe. Like it fancy? Then have our Tagliolini with smoked butter, lemon zest and juice and sea urchin.
