Trottole

Pronunciation: 'troh-toh-le'

Our vegan Trottole, a type of pasta in a shape supposed to resemble spinning tops, is quite the fancy pasta. Surely a shape that you don’t see around too often but just as good as a Fusilli or Casarecce. Goes really really well with our Puttanesca, like really well.

Our pasta is made with Australian-sourced durum wheat semolina flour.

Try: Seasonal vegetables or when in season roasted Eggplant, roasted Cherry tomato & Lemon Thyme. Garlic and Shallots optional.

Cooking Time: 5 minutes (al dente)
